Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, you will be guided into a restorative experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you are visiting Iceland or have lived here all your life, this is a rare opportunity to experience sound healing in one of the country's most remarkable natural settings.

Yoga mats will be available for all participants, and you are welcome to bring a reclining chair if you prefer additional comfort.

With decades of combined experience working with movement, relaxation, bodywork, and sound-based practices, they share a passion for creating calm and meaningful experiences in nature.

Their intention is simple: to create a welcoming space where participants can slow down, relax, and enjoy the experience of sound in one of Iceland's most extraordinary landscapes.
